PV manufacturing industry standard conditions release leading enterprises will be supported

"PV manufacturing industry standard conditions (2018)," The recent official release, in the production scale, technology, comprehensive utilization of resources and energy consumption, environmental protection, quality management and so on, the photovoltaic manufacturing enterprises put forward a comprehensive request. Formal release of industry specifications

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently disclosed that in order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of PV industry in China, the "PV manufacturing industry standard conditions (2018)" was officially released.

"Conditions" in the production scale, technology, comprehensive utilization of resources and energy consumption, environmental protection, quality management, and other aspects of photovoltaic manufacturing enterprises put forward a comprehensive request.

"Conditions" clear, strict control of the new simple expansion of capacity of photovoltaic manufacturing projects, to guide photovoltaic enterprises to strengthen technological innovation, improve product quality, reduce production costs. New and rebuilt polysilicon manufacturing projects, the Minimum capital ratio of 30%, the other new and expanded photovoltaic manufacturing projects, the Minimum capital ratio of 20%.

Existing photovoltaic manufacturing enterprises and project products should meet a range of technical requirements, of which polysilicon cells and monocrystalline silicon batteries, the minimum photoelectric conversion efficiency is not less than 18% and 19.5% respectively; silicon, copper indium gallium selenium (CIGS), cadmium telluride (CdTe) and the lowest photoelectric conversion efficiency of other thin film modules are not less than 8%, 13%, 12% and 10% respectively.
